A GUIDE TO HEAT ACCLIMIATIZATION AND HEAT ILLNESS PREVENTION
Heat related deaths to high school athletes continue to be the number one preventable cause of deaths in athletics. The WHSAA recommends taking the time to take this short, “free”, class. Given the extreme heat we have had this summer, we believe this class to be a valuable resource.
