If the meet is marked Yes in the QM column, it is a WHSAA State Qualifying Meet. If it is marked NO, that means that one or more of the people listed as your Director, Referee, Starter, Clerk of Course and Head Finish Judge have not met the requirements (* registration as an official and/or * Track Rules Test passed with an 80% and/or * ** Track Rules Clinic Video).
